Guest/Client Violations:

If you return a vehicle with clear evidence of smoking, we will charge you a smoking violation fee of $150, plus an additional 3% processing fee.
There are no exceptions. The violation fine and decontamination fee is $150. No exceptions will be
made. Guests and their passengers are not permitted to smoke in any ELITE CAR RENTAL vehicles. This smoking policy includes, but is not limited to,
any tobacco or tobacco-related products, e-cigarettes, IQOS, and personal vaporizers.

If the smell of smoke, vaporized substances, or aerosol fumes is reported, a fee of $150 will apply. Smoking in ELITE CAR RENTAL vehicles is strictly prohibited, and any violations will incur a fine of $150, plus a 3% processing fee. Again, there are no exceptions. ELITE CAR RENTAL  vehicles are non-smoking (free of smoking). Guests and their passengers may not smoke in any ELITE CAR RENTAL
vehicle.

The ELITE CAR RENTAL no smoking policy also encompasses the use of marijuana, marijuana substitutes, e-cigarettes, and personal vaporizers. All ELITE CAR RENTAL vehicles are smoke-free. Guests and their passengers are prohibited from smoking in any ELITE CAR RENTAL vehicle.
